Service Details
I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate and I practice under the ethical framework established by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that I am committed to working with you in a safe and professional way that empowers you to identify what choices you have available to you and the direction that you wish to take.
I am also registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), the UK’s professional body for psychology. This allows me access to the latest research, best practice, training and resources provided by experts in the field of psychology.

In line with best practice and requirements of BACP membership, I undertake regular supervision. This is provided by another qualified and specially trained counsellor, with whom I confidentially reflect on my client work. My supervisor offers an alternative, experienced perspective and helps to protect you as my client and our work together. I can explain more about how this works in practice when we speak, but in the meantime this is a helpful blog that further explains counselling supervision.

Fees
​Sessions are for 50 minutes and are £65.00 per session.

I do offer some lower-cost sessions through Westmeria Counselling Services in Bickley. This service is limited up to a maximum of 24 sessions. Please contact them to enquire about fees and the waitlist here.​
